Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the property market, including trends and competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies throughout the leasing process.
- Manage tenant files and maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities to potential residents.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries from prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks related to real estate operations as needed and work in various areas of property management.
Experience
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to effectively manage files and maintain organized documentation.
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for engaging with potential residents.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
