Pay: $36-$44/HR Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
Position Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls, adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for receivables, payables, payroll, liabilities, taxes, year end reporting. Manage insurance and overhead costs.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in Bookkeeping
- Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Great problem solving skills and self motivated
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Qualifications Desired:
- Associates Degree in Accounting
- HVAC or trades background preferred
Salary : $36 - $44
