Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Remote, Preferred Locations: ID, AK, WA)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a remote position; however, preference will be given to candidates located in Idaho, Alaska, or Washington State. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, specifically with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and AutoTask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll processing, taxes (payroll and Sales tax) in multiple states and complex inventory management.
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop for financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Handle API transfers for seamless integration of financial data.
- Process invoicing efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt customer communications
- Use AutoTask for invoicing, inventory management, contracts, and purchase orders (POs).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal Staff to ensure accurate & timely financial operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, specifically in AP, AR, payroll, inventory management, API transfers, and invoicing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using and invoicing out of AutoTask with inventory, contracts, and POs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other financial tools.
- Full Background Check required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the IT or technology services industry.
- IT industry Vendor management experience is a plus
- Located in Idaho, Alaska, or Washington State (preferred but not required).
- Experience with Kaseya Quote Manager is a plus.
