Dispatch Team Leader
This position reports to the Office Manager / DOO
Job Responsibilities
The Dispatch Team Lead provides direct to team support service for the Dispatch Team.
Those services could include, lab result look up , investigation to service delays, direct support to dispatch team, drive the improvement for STAT turn around time, drive the improvement for time to call in criticals
Become the first manager level point of contact for clients / facilities / office staff / field staff for dispatch needs.
Ensure Dispatch team is completing tasks in a timely manner
Assist the Office manager is assigned tasks
Complete dispatch staff schedule at a minimum of two weeks in advance
Adjust schedules to compensate for absent staff to ensure continuous operations with out interruption
Become a super user in Nexxus and LabDaq
Complete Weekend coverage schedule at least 2 weeks in advance for On Call
Ensure contingency planning is in place for daily operations and weekend operations
Other job duties as assigned
