They will be performing behavioral assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans to conditions such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD. They will be mainly contributing to the improvement of individuals’ lives by promoting positive behavior changes and skill acquisition. The center is offering $80 -$100 per hour, plus hefty employment packages for full-time including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors,
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings,
Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed,
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans,
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration, and open communication, and
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans.
Qualifications
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst,
Active license,
At least 1 year of experience,,
High organizational skills, and
Effective and compassionate communication skills.
