Diamond Oil & Gas is a Casper-based production company founded in 2012 by a group of investors looking to buy Oil & Gas properties in the Rocky Mountains. At the start of 2024, our team opened up a service division to assist other operators with their growth plans in the Rocky Mountain Region. We currently have contract lease operators, roustabout crews, and consultants all working in the region and are growing rapidly. Job Summary:
The Field Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate field operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects while fostering strong relationships with customers and employees. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in communication, problem-solving, and team management, with a focus on maintaining our company culture and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Coordination: Line up and coordinate all roustabout crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Project Bidding: Collaborate closely with the Division Manager to prepare accurate and competitive job bids. Monitor project costs, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable feedback to refine the bidding process over time.
- Labor Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and recruiting new team members to expand and strengthen our workforce.
- Field Oversight: Manage and oversee all field operations, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Ensure all field tickets are collected, organized, and submitted to the back office promptly for invoicing.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our services.
- Employee Engagement: Foster positive relationships with employees, including contractors, to uphold our reputation as a company people choose to work with.
Qualifications:
- 5-25 years of proven experience in field operations management, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Familiarity with field ticketing and invoicing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
