We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction projects with budgets exceeding $20 million. You will manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, managing subcontractors, reviewing RFIs and submittals, and conducting site visits for quality control. You will also collaborate with clients, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects.
- Expertise in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical codes and safety regulations.
