Are you a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in restoration or tenant improvement projects? We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and manage commercial renovation projects in the Washington, D.C. area.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Lead and manage restoration and tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through closeout

✔️ Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution

✔️ Oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts while maintaining quality and safety standards

✔️ Proactively address challenges and keep projects on track

✔️ Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

What You Bring:

🔹 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management

🔹 Strong background in restoration, tenant improvement, or interior renovations

🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

🔹 Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
