Regional Mechanical Director

Our client is a leading mechanical subcontractor specializing in large-scale HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction projects for commercial and industrial sectors. We are looking for an experienced Regional Mechanical Construction Director to oversee and drive the success of high-profile projects across the region. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee the execution of large HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful, on-time project delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanical project managers, foremen, and field teams.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all projects, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Mechanical Engineering preferred but open).
• Experience: Extensive experience as a mechanical subcontractor, preferably coming from a mechanical subcontractor background. Proven experience managing large commercial and industrial projects in HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with a deep understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
