Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 10 years in MEP construction, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record with $100M P&L responsibility.
- Experience in multifamily MEP construction; large commercial experience is also considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
