Plant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing, design, and quality operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of fabrication, supply chain management, production planning, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L and daily operations of the plant to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
• Oversee design department to ensure customer specifications are correctly interpreted and included in fabrication work orders
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Develop and execute production planning strategies to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, fabricate, assemble, and deliver high-quality products.
• Maintain compliance with health, environmental, and safety regulations
• Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $103,270.00 - $111,499.00 per year
