The Position :

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Accounts Payable Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Accounts Payable Operations this position will be responsible for managing and improving the company's AP function. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive change processes and provide data insights for areas of efficiency.

The Game Plan : What you will do)

• Process Documentation & Analysis : Develop detailed process maps and workflows for current AP processes; identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Month-End Close Collaboration : Collaborate with finance and accounting to assist with month-end close, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Internal Communication : Provide clear communication across internal teams (finance, procurement, accounting) for seamless operations.
• Project Implementation : Lead the Purchase Order project in collaboration with the procurement team, ensuring clear mapping and implementation of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Program Support : Assist AP, T&E, and procurement teams with credit card programs, expense tracking, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Reporting & Analysis : Assist in preparing quarterly AP reports, aging analysis, and maintain dashboards for reporting and payment tracking.
• Ticket Management and Automation : Utilize the Ticket Manager platform to centralize ticket budgeting and automate processes across regions.
• Payment Processing Enhancement : Work with tax partners to improve payment processes for IRS and state compliance
• Invoice Approval Oversight : Manage the company's Level of Approvers (LOA) with in the invoice approval process.

The Stats : What to bring)

Player Benefits :

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $120,000-$125,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
