Paint Production (Powder and Liquid)

Diamond Vogel has expanded the opportunities in our powder and liquid coatings production areas. We are looking for qualified individuals to be part of our growing team in our Peridium Powder Plant and Liquid Plant in Orange City, IA. The powder production department produces “dry powder paint” with premix, extruding, and grinding equipment. The liquid production department produces “liquid paint” by operating paint-making equipment, metering solvents and resins, and cutting and emptying bags of pigments. We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:

· 1st shift production, premix, and packaging teams (Powder)

· 1st shift production (Liquid)

· 2nd shift production (Powder)

The ideal candidate will have:

· Mechanical understanding of equipment

· Willingness to learn and solve problems

· Basic math and communication skills

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Great attitude and ability to work well in a team environment!

A competitive rate is offered with two wage and performance reviews in the first 6 months. The work week runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Fridays are typically a half shift, for a weekly total of 40 to 45 hours per week.
