What are the responsibilities and job description for the Raw Material Weigh Up position at Diamond Vogel?
Diamond Vogel is looking for a full-time team member for the weigh up/warehouse department of our paint production facility in Burlington, IA.
Duties will include:
· Primarily responsible for weighing up dry raw materials and small liquid raw materials
· Help maintain inventory by accurately weighing up raw materials and participating in cycle count activities
· Will be required to help other positions to cover vacations and absences
· Ensure a clean and safe work environment
· Ensure PPE is being used properly
· Coordinate with Quality Control and production on fixes and questions
· Notify supervisor of any maintenance or personnel issues
· Will report to the warehouse Supervisor.
The ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment is crucial. On-the-job training will develop the specific aptitudes necessary to perform the job.
