Additionally, the Supervisor Regulatory role will require mentoring of regulatory staff members daily activities.

Additionally, the Supervisor Regulatory role will require mentoring of regulatory staff members daily activities.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for various regulatory compliance programs, including Acquisitions, Divestitures, Pipelines, Underground Injection Control, Flaring, Surface Commingling, Operator Renewals, Well Integrity Tests, Plugging Reports, and Annual Well Test Reports.
- Oversee, maintain, and train staff on completion and filing of P-17/P-17As, H-15s, W-3s, H-9s, G- 10s and W-10s.
- Acquire any drilling permits, UIC, T-4s, P-17s, H-9s (H2S Permits), P-6s (Subdivision of acreage) or any other documentation that may be needed in the closing, selling, or leasing of acreage.
- Work with internal departments and divesting operators/companies to ensure accuracy of well list, leases, P-4s, and effective dates.
- Maintain, renew, and file all Diamondback operator licenses and any entity that falls within our company for the State of Texas.
- Facilitate future SWD development areas.
- Eight (8 ) years of experience within a Regulatory Analyst role or higher
- Eight (8 ) years of experience with an oil and gas company
- Must have a working knowledge of drilling, completions, land, and general operations
- Three (3 ) years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience supervising a team
- Experience within Permian Basin is preferred
- Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations
