Job Summary
The Associate Product Manager, Molecular Digital Solutions is responsible for providing vision, guidance, and direction for an assigned set of Digital applications (products) and resources. He/she will ensure competitive differentiation by helping design a digital solution that uses data available to clinicians to tailor the most appropriate diagnostic testing decisions. The Associate Product Manager, Molecular Digitial Solutions will partner with Global Marketing, Scientific & Clinical affairs and other cross-functional leads to demonstrate the impact of our solutions across the clinical, operational and economic needs of each target audience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create relevant customer communication/engagement tools that support access to senior decision makers across key Strategic decision makers in the hospital segment to create stronger partnerships and stimulate requirement definitions.
- Ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges
- Manages the digital solutions projects acting with ownership
- Relationship owner for our key third party vendor and is a key liaison between marketing and our implementation and support team
- Specialized and in-depth comprehensive product, competitors' products, and disease states knowledge related to their products
- Diverse technical experience, including AI model development, software engineering, regulated software quality and risk management, and monitoring of deployed software
- Understand key moments in clinician and patient journeys and how decisions are made based on the data analyzed.
- Understand key data collected (health medical records, tests result, ..) within healthcare networks and their access via LIS, Epic and similar platforms
- Relationship owner for key third party vendors and be a key liaison between marketing and the implementation and support team
- Design and/or AI / ML / Adavanced Digital Analytic systems in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
- Collaborate and brainstorm with cross-business unit and cross-functional teams
- Results oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to detail
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Science or Engineering Field required
- Master's Degree Science or Engineering Field preferred
- 1 Years Experience in designing and / or implementing AI / ML / Advanced Digital Analytic systems in a commercial environment required
- 2 Years Experience in diagnostic lab space required
- 2 Years Data Science or EHR related expertise required
- 2 Years Power BI or data visualization expertise required
- 1 Years Experience in digital health technology, preferably in the health or medical space. required
- Prioritizes requested changes to applications (High proficiency)
Licenses and Certifications
- EPIC - EPIC Certification preferred
