Diaz Manufacturing LLC, a premier manufacturer of wood cabinet doors & drawers, is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Manager (CSM) to join our team on a full-time basis onsite at our Grow Ave, Montrose PA location.

This Customer Service Manager role is a non-exempt position working Monday through Thursday 6am-4:30pm with occasional overtime. The CSM is responsible for supporting Diaz Manufacturing external customers as well as internal customer service and management teams ensuring day to day operations, requirements and needs are met. The successful candidate will have excellent attendance and attention to detail, strong computer and data entry skills and a can-do attitude.
Essential Job Functions
Customer Service:
· Review, Accept and Input Customer Orders in Company software per customer specifications
· Receives drawings and documentation from existing and potential customers to provide plant leadership to assist in estimating and submitting bids for new work and new customers
· Communicate with Customers and plant leadership concerning delivery updates, schedule changes, quotations, shipping notifications, invoicing, and other customer concerns
· Prepares documentation as needed for shipping
· Train, develop, and coach customer service team. Provides ongoing feedback, training, and development to ensure the team meets, if not exceeds, expectations
· Ensures compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and processes
· Prepares and maintains reports, as needed, by management
Purchasing:
· Completes, sends and maintains Purchase Orders, receive items upon delivery ensuring accuracy against PO. Handle and resolve any discrepancies
· Notify management of any backorder issues
· Maintain and foster strong vendor relationships
· Proactive management of stock levels and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained
Compliance:
· Maintains the monthly compliance report
· Tracks and manages dates of inspections, tune-ups etc.
· Schedules, organizes, and follows up with annual Industrial Hearing testing
· Active participant on the Safety Team
Inventory:
· Maintain monthly inventory adjustments and records

Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Proficient organizational, communication and computer skills needed
· Must have ability to learn Doorlister software functions and possess experience with MS Excel, Outlook & Word

Preferred Qualifications
· 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
· This position will be responsible to supervise several members of the Customer Service staff.
Working Conditions
Majority of work performed in a general office environment with frequent interruptions and distractions; extended periods of time sitting and viewing computer monitor. Position may require occasional availability for extended hours.
