Period of performance : Immediate to an estimated 3-6 months (but duration depending on need, so time can vary)Location : remote, but possible ad hoc in person activity such as training or meetings on a limited basis at 1855 Folsom St in San Francisco, CAStatement of Work Manage high volume of invoices and ensure payment within a timely mannerObtain approvals for invoicesCheck invoices for budget and complianceProcess and code invoices and credit memosResearch, identify, and resolve complex invoice issues related to electronic invoices and unpaid invoicesAssist with managing AP related documentsFamiliarity with sales and use tax requirements and assessing amount on invoices appropriatelyUnderstand and identify transactions that are subject to 1099 reportingAudit and process expense reports for complianceResearch and resolve expense report and invoice issues, making any correctionsGuide campus on UC policies in procure-to-pay, Travel Expenses and other policies related to Accounts Payable or reimbursementsManage high volume invoices and expense reports within online expense reimbursement and procure-to-pay systemReview and approve payment requests according to UC policy and ensure complete and accurate documentationEnsure work queues are managed within Service Level Agreements (SLA)Create and run departmental reports or operational monitoring, critical daily operation, and ad-hoc reports for analysisEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
