Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to assist in the office, help coordinate with existing employees and new team members, and manage essential bookkeeping tasks, including reporting.
Job responsibilities:
QuickBooks and able to provide reporting
Answer incoming calls
Researching materials and job supplies
Track payments and following up with subcontractors
Support reporting and scheduling equipment maintenance
Responding to new job applications by phone and setting up interviews
Filing of paperwork, updating files, light office cleaning, ordering office supplies, picking up the mail, and other daily office activities
Applicants will need to have the following for this position:
Positive and outgoing personality
Valid driver's license is required with a good driving record
A warm and friendly attitude with good phone skills
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to work independently without daily supervision
