As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities :
- Providing Product / Service Information : Educating customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolving Customer Complaints : Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintaining Customer Records : Updating customer information in the database accurately, documenting interactions and transactions, and ensuring confidentiality and security of customer data.
- Collaborating with Team Members : Working collaboratively with other customer service representatives and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve overall service quality.
- Adhering to Policies and Procedures : Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines for customer service delivery, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Continuous Learning and Development : Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
