OVERVIEW :
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Conceptual Design :
Assist in the development and creation of new packaging concepts from initial ideas through to final designs while managing multiple deadlines. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and refine ideas to create visually compelling packaging solutions.
Brand Consistency :
Influences and communicates packaging strategies to cross functional partners to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all product lines. Work with the brand design team to ensure brand guidelines are being met on final packaging.
Collaboration :
Work closely with other members of the design team, marketing, product development, and suppliers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Works with internal and external partners to arrange photo shoots needs.
Trends & Market Research :
Stay up to date on packaging trends, materials, and innovations in the design industry.
Assist in researching competitor products and packaging for market insight.
Packaging Prototypes :
Assist in creating prototypes and mockups of packaging for internal reviews and testing, ensuring the design is functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
3-5 years experience in Package Design, Industrial Design, Brand Management
