We are looking for a Copywriter to join our team in the Fundraising Solutions division, reporting to the Director of Creative Services. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated individual with a passion for writing and storytelling.

- Write engaging, persuasive, and compelling copy for major donor and capital campaign fundraising efforts, newsletters, direct mail and email fundraising appeals, and other communications vehicles
- Collaborate with Client Services, Consulting Services and Graphic Design team to create visually compelling fundraising materials that inspire donors to take action
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all materials, while adhering to the messaging and branding guidelines of our faith-based non-profit clients
- Work closely with the Director of Creative Services and other team members to develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that meet the fundraising goals of our clients
- Consistently deliver work product on-time, on-strategy, and with minimal need for re-work
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new fundraising techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience working as a copywriter for a faith-based non-profit organizations, conservative causes, nonprofit or advocacy organizations, or for an agency or consulting firm that serves similar organizations
- Strong portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate the ability to write compelling copy for fundraising campaigns
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and strategies preferred
- Commitment to the mission and values of our faith-based non-profit clients
Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
