We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative be responsible for general customer service in regards to various aspects of the customer order including product order entry, customer complaints, order confirmation, and general communication with customers.
Rate of pay:
$17/Hour

Duties & Responsibilities
Essential
· Receive orders and enter into system
· Confirm order to customer
· Decide what location to pull finished product from in order to fill the order
· Communicate directly with customers through email, faxes, phone calls to resolve any issues in regards to orders
· Send out certificates of analysis to customers to inform them of various data in regards to their order that has been shipped
· Manage customer complaint process – receive complaint from customer, forward the complaint to the appropriate department, and send a response back to the customer
· Complete custom paperwork for Canadian shipments. Receive Canadian bill of lading, fill out custom paperwork, and return to customer broker or carrier
· Receive and distribute sample requests from customer or sales
· Correlate with R&D to ensure sample requests are sent out in a timely manner
· Interact with Inventory Analyst for updated data
· Coordinate the movement of three railcars assigned to Dickinson. This includes monitoring the rail reports for location of the cars, expected return dates, etc.
· Working with our sister companies to enter necessary purchase orders for product movement between them and Dickinson.
