We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our Caribou management team at our Menomonie Dick's Fresh Market kiosk location . You will lead a great team of people who work each day to make people smile while serving our customers a cup of joy. You will promote and achieve sales goals while managing department responsibilities and objectives. This position requires management experience and the ability to learn and lead in a customer service focused environment. While experience is preferred, we would be willing to train someone with the skills and abilities necessary. We offer many resources and support for our management team within an environment that is CLEAN, NEAT, FRESH, and FRIENDLY. We offer competitive wages and benefits with this part-time position (full-time potential in future). Must be available days, evenings, and weekends.
