We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our Caribou management team at our Zumbrota kiosk location. You will lead a great team of people who work each day to make people smile while serving our customers a cup of joy. You will work with the Store Director to promote and achieve sales goals while managing department responsibilities and objectives.
This is an opportunity to grow one’s skills in a management position while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Do you have the ability to manage department responsibilities and objectives? Candidates should be knowledgeable in inventory and ordering processes and must be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, holidays and every-other-weekend.
