What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caribou Coffee Manager position at Nilssen's Foods?
Full time position, must be available to work a flexible shift including days, nights, holidays and every other weekend.
Previous retail management experience preferred including ability to lead teams, knowledge of coffee, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing an excellent customer service experience
- Assembling hot and cold beverages
- Basic food preparation
- Upselling
- Monitoring the quality of products
- Leading the team
- Ordering and merchandising product
- Breaking down loads as product is received
- Proper rotation of product
- Scheduling
- Cleaning and organizing
- Participating in store inventories
- Reporting numbers to Caribou Corporate
- Other duties as assigned
