Now, were looking for an experienced and dynamic Event Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of driving event sales at our newest restaurant location on iDrive.

Position Overview :

Were seeking a driven, outgoing, experienced Event Sales Manager with a proven track record in high-volume event sales. In addition to managing traditional group event bookings, this role will oversee a dedicated Private Event Space , responsible for selling buyout events, conducting site tours, and building relationships with prospective clients. If you thrive on achieving sales targets and connecting with the local community, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Event Sales

  • Actively promote and sell group events, including full buyouts of the private event space.
  • Conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the unique atmosphere and capabilities of the private event space.
  • Develop and negotiate event contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including menus, beverage packages, setup details, party size, and timing.
  • Familiarity with various Culinary options and sourcing things such as DJs, Emcees, Ice Sculptures, etc., is ideal.
  • Maintain accurate files for all events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Sales Strategies

  • Make weekly sales calls to generate leads and secure group event bookings.
  • Oversee and guide street teams to expand local outreach.
  • Consistently track, analyze, and post referral sales data
  • Participate in weekly manager meetings and corporate sales calls to align strategies and updates.
  • Close events with a personal touch by sending thank-you letters and ensuring client follow-up.
  • Local Marketing & Networking

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships within the community.
  • Manage and grow a referral program to maximize event bookings.
  • Attend off-site functions such as association meetings, fundraising events, and networking mixers to promote the restaurant and private dining options.
  • Qualifications Summary

  • Proven experience in restaurant sales and business development
  • Background in event sales and marketing
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Proficient in utilizing Tripleseat
  • Excellent customer service and analytical skills
  • Available Nights Weekends as needed
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Starting Salary : $50,000.00 per year commission
