We deliver integrated care all under one roof, including primary care, behavioral health, and medication-assisted treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). What Youll Do
- Oversee nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care, efficient department flow, and effective communication. Utilize structured processes like daily huddles and SBAR to optimize workflow.
- Lead and support nursing staff, ensuring all patient care needs are met while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage staffing levels to provide adequate coverage and meet patient care standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop nursing staff, fostering professional growth and excellence in patient care.
- Stay informed on best practices in addiction care and integrate evidence-based approaches into nursing protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve patient outcomes.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Plan and coordinate staff orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and team meetings to enhance clinical operations.
- Inspect facilities to ensure medical readiness, safety, and compliance with sanitation regulations.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years as a Nursing Manager or experience leading a team.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- Experience in substance abuse treatment and/or primary care preferred.
- Strong understanding of primary care, mental health, and addiction medicine, including diagnostic and treatment techniques, medication interactions, and preventive care.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, teamwork, and staff development.
- Familiarity with and ability to adhere to state (RCW, WAC) and federal (42 CFR Part 2) confidentiality regulations.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and healthcare software.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and trauma-informed care environment.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening, and reference check.
- Tribal affiliation is a plus!
