Join Our Team as a Food Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician!

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're on the hunt for a driven Food Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team.
Shift: 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3 schedule - night shift receives a $3/hour shift premium and an extra 40 hours of PTO!
Hourly Rate: $22-$25 per hour (plus the $3 premium)!
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Testing: Conduct physical tests on food samples with precision and accuracy.
- Equipment Mastery: Operate and maintain equipment and instruments, ensuring optimal working condition.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to cGMP guidelines and ensure all lab activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Accurate Reporting: Document and report test results accurately and promptly, maintaining meticulous records.
- Lab Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
- Quality Assurance: Actively participate in quality control and assurance programs, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a food testing lab or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and laboratory best practices.
- Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft systems, including but not limited to Excel.
- Urgency: Strong time management skills and a clear understanding of urgency in a lab setting.
