Join Our Team as a Food Quality Technician!

Shift: 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3 schedule - night shift receives a $3/hour premium and an extra 40 hours of PTO!

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Testing: Conduct physical tests on food samples with precision and accuracy.
• Equipment Mastery: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to cGMP guidelines and ensure all lab activities comply with regulatory standards.
• Accurate Reporting: Document and report test results accurately and promptly, maintaining meticulous records.
• Lab Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab environment.
• Quality Assurance: Participate actively in quality control and assurance programs, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a food testing lab or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and laboratory best practices.
• Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft systems, including but not limited to Excel.
• Urgency: Strong time management skills and a clear understanding of urgency in a lab setting.
