Available Shifts
- Monday - Friday 6am-3pm
- This role will train for 3-4 months in both our Cambria and Johnson Creek facilities with the primary job taking place in Johnson Creek after training.

- Diagnose and fix machine malfunctions and operational issues efficiently.
- Achieve equipment uptime targets with timely repairs, rebuilds, and adjustments.
- Provide exceptional industrial maintenance support to drive operational excellence.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Technical school certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is a plus.
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in a dry food manufacturing environment is a bonus.
- Must have and maintain your own basic hand tool sets (wrenches, screwdrivers, punches, socket set, pliers, hammer, etc.).
- Basic electrical systems knowledge and intermediate welding skills.
- General computer competency: Proficient in typing, using web browsers, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software.
- Fluent in English for effective communication with team members.
- Work in noisy, dusty, hot, and cold environments.
- Lift up to 55 pounds.
- Climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights over 20 feet.
- Enter confined spaces safely.
- Communicate using a 2-way radio.
