Develop and grow established book of contract surety business.
- Train and develop new hires and junior associates.
- Source new contract surety business opportunities with existing and new agency base.
- Select or reject risk, price, and retain business.
- Analyze and utilize available reports and tools to ensure competitive pricing, rating, and underwriting processes.
- Assess risk quality and compliance.
- Prepare annual premium and expense budgets.
- Conduct adequate number of visits to producer and principal offices to retain existing accounts.
