Distributor seeks service engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in repair of High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging Machinery to visit with customers and maintain, diagnose, and repair their equipment.Visit customers and : DIAGNOSE and verify problemDETERMINE appropriate action : repair, re-build, replace parts, etc.TEST and validate corrective actionCOMMUNICATE findings to customerDOCUMENT activities for company and client.Duties will also include installation, set up and calibration of new equipment, and the creation and implementation of preventative maintenance programs for customers.Knowledge of PLC systems is important.
