BDC Representative

Diehl Automotive is growing! We are currently looking for a BDC Agent for our new Massillon, Ohio chain of dealerships. This is a fantastic position with great benefits and incredible advancement potential!

Responsibilities:

• Receive, respond, and nurture digital and telephone leads from customers
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, chat, and text
• Set appointments with customers for sales consultants
