Under the General Direction of the Controller and Office Manager
Job-Specific Expectations
- Review all car deals submitted from the finance department. This includes mailing bank contracts, balancing car deals, processing trade payoffs, entering car deals into CDK(ADP) accounting system.
- Calculate sales associate commissions and incentives
- Receipt daily cash and checks from various departments
- Process Daily Cash Deposit
- Report vehicles sales and incentives to Manufacturers
- Assist Office Manager and Controller with preparation of financial statements
