Diehl Automotive is searching for an IT technician I to be based at our Pittsburgh Diehl Automotive stores. This is a full-time position that will require some travel between stores in Pittsburgh, PA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across dealership departments and stores.
- Troubleshoot end users, set up pc’s, help with network issues
- Travel to Diehl stores in the area as needed.
- Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects.
- Set up users and maintain Active Directory
- Set up users and maintain Office365
- Ensure data security and system integrity.
- Configure and maintain network printers and scanners.
Qualifications:
- RECOMMENDED: Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and people skills and ability to work well with team members.
- RECOMMENDED: Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion), and various vehicle service-related hardware and software a plus.
- Travel between Diehl locations is a must. A drivers license with a clean driving record is necessary.
- Mostly end user support; some network experience helpful.
- Experience with VoIP a bonus
