What does the job involve?
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, order placement, delivery status and rescheduling, in a timely and professional manner.
What will my responsibilities include?
• Provide customers with correct and accurate delivery information
• Advise customers of price changes and delivery changes
• Request new prints when they are required
• Enter and process new Sales Orders
• Provide Order Acknowledgements
• Issue credits
• Provide general support for the Sales Department
• Answer main phone line, as needed
• Attend courses or seminars and assist project teams when asked
• All other tasks assigned
• May be cross-trained for other positions
What key skills and experience do I need?
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Passion for customer care and teamwork
• Dependable
What qualifications should I have?
• No experience required; 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Care preferred
