Dietz Property Group is seeking a real estate investments professional to become a full-time Investment Analyst with us at our corporate Home Office in the Troy, MI area. You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial real-estate, finance, investment banking, investor relations role and be able to perform the necessary requirements outlined below to be considered for this position. This position can work remotely, with occasional travel to Troy, MI.

DUTIES : The specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Initial underwriting and analysis of new investment opportunities utilizing operating statements, rent rolls, and financial models
- Researching and evaluating demographic and economic trends
- Performing market research and rental comparative analysis
- Maintaining the "opportunity pipeline" of potential acquisition targets
- Evaluating new product types, equity sources, and real estate markets
- Facilitating industry relationships through appropriate follow up (brokers, lenders, and professionals)
- Assist with expansion of existing investor base through maintaining investor data, facilitating follow up, coordinating meetings, etc.
- Coordinating due diligence material delivery and third-party resources for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
- Attend weekly Investment Team meetings
- Travel as needed within the Midwest to client meetings, project sites, and conferences
- Assist in asset management tasks and analysis as needed
- Other duties as assigned
