Job Title: Junior Ops Wire Analyst (Investment Analyst)
contract: 6 months - Potential opportunity for extension based on attendance/performance.
Rate rage: $25-28/hour
Physical Address: 111 Monument Circle, Suite 402, Indianapolis, IN 46204 (Parking is in the Salesforce Tower Parking Garage and is paid for by client.)
Laptop provided.
Training will be completed onsite, and will then work a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office/2 days WFH per week.

We currently have an opportunity in our Investment Operations Department for an Analyst who will be responsible for wire settlement and acting as liaison for internal and external contacts. This position will also support day-to-day resolution of complex problems. Additional responsibilities will be assigned commensurate with demonstrated competency of previous assignments.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Supports day-to-day resolution of failed wires.
Resolves issues quickly with a sense of urgency.
Tracks failed wires in organized manner.
Identify opportunities to improve tracking of wire fails and recommend improvements.
Manages and builds relationships as both and internal external liaison.
Balances conflicting resource and priority demands.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

Experience with wire transactions
Experience with fixed income securities
Experience with derivative securities
Experience with non-USD securities
Familiarity with SWIFT
