Dig'n Zone Theme Park is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Culinary Services team as Front-end Kitchen Employees. As a front-end kitchen crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

*Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. *Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. *Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and special dietary considerations. *Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Food Preparation:

*Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and following recipes. *Ensure food items are prepared and presented according to Dig'n Zone's quality standards. *Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.

• Cleanliness and Organization:

*Maintain a clean and organized front-end kitchen area. *Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines in handling food and equipment. *Regularly clean and sanitize customer service areas, including counters, displays, and dining tables.

• Cash Handling:

*Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change. *Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems. *Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.

• Team Collaboration:

*Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. *Assist in coordinating tasks to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours. *Work collaboratively to address any challenges and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements:

*Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. *Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the theme park schedule.

Physical Demands:

The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
