Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Go-to-Market Planning and Execution
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong background in go-to-market planning and execution. As a key member of our Digivue Advertising Agency team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to successfully launch our agency and services in the market. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in go-to-market planning and execution. Must have project management experience with an emphasis on mixed media graphic design and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target market needs.
Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness, drive demand, and accelerate customer acquisition. This includes developing marketing content, coordinating advertising efforts, managing digital marketing channels, and tracking campaign performance.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value proposition and differentiation of our products and services. Collaborate with the content team to create relevant marketing materials, such as sales presentations, product guides, and website content.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to prospects and customers.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and identify areas for optimization.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project management, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on go-to-market planning and execution.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and marketing materials.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
