Our Customer is seeking a Go-to-Market Program Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in San Francisco or Burbank, CA.
As a GTM Program Manager, you will lead the planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management for key marketing projects. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals. This role focuses on building scalable processes, governance frameworks, and workflows to empower the marketing team to execute best-in-class campaigns with agility, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities
- Establish and Enhance Project Governance
- Develop and implement a flexible governance framework tailored to project priorities and complexities.
- Collaborate with teams to design and roll out key deliverables, marketing plans, and strategic frameworks, and budgets.
- Ensure consistent adoption of processes, holding teams accountable for delivering critical outputs and meeting milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to manage project portfolios effectively.
- Govern all aspects of major game launches by providing templates, milestones, and operational support while addressing risks proactively.
- Streamline Communications, Standardize Processes, Automate Workflows,
- Ensuring there is meeting governance (agendas, attendees, cadence, etc.)
- Documentation of key takeaways & action items from cross-functional meetings and sharing across communication channels
- Identify and eliminate redundant workflows, improving efficiency in campaign execution and team outputs.
- Implement systems for assist in prioritization and resource allocation.
- Introduce forecasting mechanisms to flag risks and opportunities ahead of time.
- Deliver Management Reporting
- Consolidate and share project insights with key stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Track and report on project timelines, progress, milestones, risks, and resource utilization.
- Ensure marketing plans are categorized and reforecasted regularly to enable agile pivots based on audience needs, KPIs, and budget flexibility.
- Drive Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement
- Facilitate knowledge transfer across teams by creating and maintaining templates, project plans, and maintaining documentation repository.
- Develop post-launch evaluations to identify lessons learned and optimize future processes.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging shared learnings to reduce inefficiencies and accelerate project success.
- Degree in related field
- 5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a games marketing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach and strong follow-through.
- Prior experience managing budgets, resource planning, and large-scale go-to-market campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders, provide updates, and enforce accountability.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
