Role Overview :
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing, managing, and executing marketing strategies for real estate clients. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate marketing, strong project management and communication skills, and a strategic mindset with the ability to problem-solve, create compelling marketing campaigns, and manage budgets.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. The Marketing Manager must be comfortable managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering strategic insights to clients.
Responsibilities :
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to real estate brands, new home communities, multi-family properties, and luxury developments.
- Project & Campaign Management – Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Content & Copywriting – Craft compelling content for digital ads, email campaigns, websites, social media, and promotional materials.
- Brand Management – Maintain consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing – Collaborate with the creative team to develop paid and organic social media strategies to drive engagement and lead generation. Possess the digital knowledge to help the paid digital strategists direction on campaigns and optimizations.
- Budget & Performance Management – Track and optimize marketing budgets, ad spend, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Presentation & Client Communication – Prepare and present campaign strategies, reports, and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation & CRM Management – Assist in the execution of lead generation campaigns and collaborate on CRM strategies for nurturing prospects.
- Creative & Problem-Solving Mindset – Identify opportunities to enhance marketing efforts, troubleshoot challenges, and refine strategies for better performance.
