About the Role :
Event Planning and Execution :
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Manage event registrations, guest lists, and promotional materials.
- Support the creation of event marketing collateral, including invitations, flyers, and social media content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives.
- Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in post-event analysis, reporting on key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Maintain inventory of event materials, including banners, giveaways, and branded merchandise.
- Support internal employee engagement events and meetings as needed.
