Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in real estate, resorts, and/or luxury brands to join our growing team. This remote role requires a self-motivated professional comfortable with tight deadlines and able to deliver high-quality, dynamic designs. This position begins as an independent contractor with the potential to transition to full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Creative: Develop visually engaging ad campaigns, brand assets, and digital content for real estate and luxury clients.
- Digital Ads & Display: Create dynamic ad campaigns and static display ads that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Email Design: Design HTML and HTML5 email templates, incorporating brand elements and ensuring optimal functionality across platforms.
- Branding & Templates: Use Canva to create and manage brand templates for clients, allowing consistent and on-brand designs for ongoing use.
- Digital Videos & Animations: Produce digital video content in both animated GIFs and MP3 formats, bringing brand stories to life through engaging motion graphics.
- Software Expertise: Work proficiently in HubSpot, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to create professional, high-quality graphics that meet client needs.
- Project Management: Manage deadlines effectively, working independently to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work in real estate, resorts, or luxury brands.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Familiarity with HTML and HTML5 for email design.
- Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing relevant work; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to develop innovative designs that reflect luxury and high-end branding aesthetics while adapting to various client styles.
- Self-Motivation: Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision, able to stay organized, and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and understand client needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with animated graphics and video production.
- Familiarity with luxury and high-end brand aesthetics.
- Knowledge of branding campaign strategies within real estate and resort industries.
