We are currently seeking a full-time Billing Analyst. This position requires in-depth understanding of finished goods and repair processing, including an ability to research past customer purchases while coordinating with the manufacturing, accounting, customer service, repair service, and shipping departments. This role will also function as back-up support for our Shipping department.
Responsibilities
- Validating and processing repaired equipment to be shipped and invoiced.
- Visually check all outgoing repaired items for damage and general appearance.
- Responsible for checking, receiving and entering finished goods orders into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Infor.
- Responsible for timely administration of outgoing shipments (domestic and international) including product, parts, and general mail.
- Communicating both internally and externally regarding pricing, payment, product availability, special promotions, and other miscellaneous inquiries.
- Perform nightly invoicing and assist with month end closing.
- Analyzing sales data, validating and creating reports on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis.
- Track lost packages
- Individual must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related experience required
- Understanding of asset management for demo and loaner equipment
- Preferred experience in logistics/inventory control
- Requires ability manage time effectively to work both independently and as a team while supporting various departments in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Must be extremely detail oriented, able to follow maintain a high level of accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required)
- Individual will have good communication skills, both interpersonal and written
- Highly organized, be able to identify issues, and solve problems as they arise
- Bending and lifting (30 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds required

Compensation:
- DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.
- Pay range: $51,600 - $59,600 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value.
- Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 11% and 27%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits.
