About Digital Designs Dental Lab: Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Digital Designs Dental Lab is a national dental lab that provides dental restorations such as crowns, dentures, partials and bridges to dentists, dental-service organizations (DSOs) and other dental labs.
Overview: Digital Designs Dental Lab is in the midst of an aggressive national expansion. Our mission is to provide high quality dental products along with best-in-class customer service. We are looking for a leader that has a team first mentality, and a high degree of professionalism to manage our Peabody, MA office.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge/experience in the dental care industry and be willing to learn basic lab office management processes. Training will be provided as necessary. What you will do:
· Customer Service – We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so our highest priority are candidates who understand how to effectively communicate with dental professionals within a dental practice. The individual will be the point person for customers in their region, and will be trained to handle case questions, as well as billing and order delivery inquiries.
· Case Management – The candidate will be responsible for managing each case through Digital Designs’ process, communicating as needed with support team members at headquarters for advanced cases.
· Data Entry – Enter all details into Digital Designs’ database application to document and track all aspects of case completion for customers.
· Account Management – Periodic outreach calls/emails to customers to maintain good relationships, identify potential improvements in service, and provide a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience with Microsoft Office/Office 365
· Mature/professional individual with a team first mentality
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience as a dental assistant, or front desk experience in a dental office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
