As a leader of the Special Services team, you will build relationships with our elite-level clients, taking a proactive approach to their product selection, anticipating future needs, answering questions, and responding to specific requests with excellent service. We look for candidates with a high level of energy, who can work independently, are self-motivating, and who will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment that provides support, resources, and rewards for excellence and achievement. This position will be primarily focused on inside sales, participating in outside client consultations as needed.

Job Responsibilities :

• Build lasting, personalized relationships with our elite clientele, acting as their trusted advisor and confidante. Anticipate their needs, desires, and preferences, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
• Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of excellence. Proactively identify opportunities to delight clients with personalized touches and unexpected surprises.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team to foster existing client relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Leverage your expertise to create bespoke floral arrangements and experiences that exceed client expectations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Special Services team, ensuring that department standards and goals are consistently met. Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to foster a culture of excellence and build relationships.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance the client experience and drive business growth. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that Winston Flowers remains at the forefront of luxury floral services.
