Digital Homes is a leading real estate media company specializing in high-end property marketing. We are expanding our Luxury Division and seeking an experienced real estate photographer & videographer who excels at capturing the elegance of luxury properties.
Who We're Looking For :
This role is specifically for real estate media professionals with direct experience in luxury real estate photography and videography. If you’re a real estate photographer who also shoots video, this is an opportunity to work with top agents and prestigious properties.
Responsibilities :
Real Estate Photography : Capture magazine-quality interior and exterior images of luxury properties.
Cinematic Walkthrough Videos : Use high-end video equipment and gimbals to create smooth, engaging real estate videos.
Aerial Photography & Videography : Operate drones for high-resolution aerial shots (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).
Client Interaction : Work directly with high-profile real estate professionals and homeowners, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate with Editors : Deliver raw files to our editing team and communicate specific client needs.
Floor Plans : Capture property layouts using LIDAR technology or mobile scanning tools (training provided if needed).
Required Gear :
Photography : Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera (Canon 5D Mark IV, Sony A7R series, or equivalent) professional wide-angle lens.
Videography : 4K-capable camera (Sony A7S series, Canon C300, or equivalent) gimbal for smooth shots.
Drone : DJI Mavic Pro 2, DJI Phantom 4 Pro, or better (FAA Part 107 license preferred).
Editing Software : Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro (basic editing skills preferred but not required).
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of real estate photography & videography experience.
- Proven portfolio of luxury real estate work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
- Strong technical skills with lighting, composition, and HDR photography.
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently on location and maintain high-end client relationships.
