The Media Strategist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of multi-channel advertising campaigns. This role focuses on developing foundational skills in media planning, buying, and analytics while contributing to campaign success and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Media Manager, the Media Strategist collaborates across teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives, align with organizational goals, and adhere to best practices in digital advertising.
- Media Plan Enablement & Monitoring: Support the execution and tracking of programmatic media plans, monitor performance metrics against KPIs, and compile actionable data reports for internal and client use.
- Campaign Optimization & Platform Management: Assist with campaign setup, manage creative assets, and analyze performance data to recommend and implement optimization strategies across programmatic platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, troubleshoot platform issues, and contribute to client discussions.
- Performance Reporting & Trend Analysis: Generate detailed campaign reports, analyze trends and audience behaviors, and identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign outcomes.
- You’ve spent 1-3 years at another agency or as part of an in-house brand team
- You’re proficient in programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360) and have gotten exposure to other ads platforms (Meta, Google, Reddit, etc.)
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights from tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce MCI, DSP reporting platforms
- Excellent communication, collaboration & organization on all your deliverables
- Already Trade Desk certificated or willing to get certified within the first 90 days of hire
- Worked in Google Tag Manager directly or as part of a team to place pixels & setup conversion actions
